After 15 years of working for other people, preparing and managing many busy kitchens I am looking for my own place. Nothing flash, nothing more than 60 covers. So, I need an investor. Any offers?

Last Night

Prepared food for a private party dressed in fancy dress. Some expensive moments when the costumes are returned this morning after my cream of carrot soup went down so well. Apart from that, got up, looked out of the window, went back to bed.
